The US Department of Education released regulations which took effect on August 14, 2020 regarding Title IX training. The new regulations require robust training of Iola USD 257’s Title IX Coordinator, the Superintendent of Schools for USD 257. The regulations state that the training materials be made publicly available on the district's website.
